Metro Valet is an owner operated, multi-faceted parking company ranging from restaurant valet parking operations to parking lot management. We focus on creating a service that is custom to each individual client’s needs. The hands-on attention to detail we provide sets us apart from any other parking company.
We currently manage the valet parking operation at several establishments in the Chicago area such as TAO, The Restoration Hardware Gallery, Francesca’s on Chestnut, and The Lyric Opera of Chicago. We also provide labor for some of the largest hotels and hospitals in the area.

JESSE PAREJA
Jesse started working in the parking industry as a valet attendant just days after getting his drivers license. A second-generation parking professional, Jesse accompanied his father to work at a young age. It was there that he developed his passion for cars and business. After years of working his way up the ranks he ventured on his own to create Metro Valet. During his twenty-year career Jesse has managed every aspect of the parking business. His focus has always been on creating partnerships rather than just being another vendor to his clients.

Jesse is a native Chicagoan and avid fan of Chicago sports teams. He likes to attend as many games as possible in his downtime. Jesse studied Finance at The University of Illinois at Chicago.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
JEANETTE GALLARZO
Jeanette has been with Metro Valet since its inception. Prior to joining Metro Valet, she worked as Office Administrator at a large parking company. She works directly with our President providing daily oversight of the entire company. Her daily responsibilities include everything from human resources to claims processing.
Jeanette holds several human resources management certifications. She enjoys spending time with her puppy Brian.
